Low cutting force strategies and adaptive toolpaths keep wall thickness within 0.02mm while holding flange faces flat for reliable gasket sealing. Key Features 5-axis machining of thin titanium walls with controlled heat input 0.02mm wall thickness variation verified by ultrasonic scanning X-ray inspection of internal passages for porosity 40 percent weight reduction compared with cast iron
