Our Quality Management System runs through the entire business process, including: design review, design verification and validation, electronically controlled calibration (ensuring effective and recall records), receiving inspection, mandatory documented quality plan for each project, first article inspection, in-process inspection (including computerized, paperless real-time statistical process control and process capability studies), final inspection, non-conforming material control (ensuring timely and effective corrective and preventive actions), and internal auditing (to ensure the system remains in compliance).
