Custom 3D Printing Automotive Gasket Seal — TPU 70A Flexible Part
Sealing prototypes are usually cut or molded, which slows every cross-section change. Printing in TPU 70A lets a full gasket be produced in one flexible piece, so compression, groove fill, and bolt preload can be tested on the real flange before a mold is cut.
