Custom CNC Machined 316L Stainless Steel Automotive Flange Sleeves
Turned from 316L stainless bar stock, these flange sleeves hold a 0.02 mm bore tolerance and Ra0.8 µm bore finish on CNC lathes with live tooling. The molybdenum-bearing grade resists chloride attack and exhaust condensate, making the part suitable for exhaust flange joints, chassis bushings, and pump connections exposed to road salt.
