This CNC machined P20 steel automotive injection mold cavity block features a hot runner design and is engineered for high-volume plastic part production. Cavity blocks are milled from pre-hardened P20 steel, with manifold pockets, drop bores, and cooling lines completed before polishing. Hot runner layouts from 1 to 8 cavities are supported, with balanced fill in mind.
