A load-bearing differential pinion shaft machined from 42CrMo4 alloy steel for automotive drivetrain assemblies. Induction hardening raises surface hardness to HRC 55-60 while the core stays tough at HRC 28-32 for fatigue resistance.

Customization Options
We customize shaft length, spline module, bearing journal diameter, thread ends and keyway position. Prototype quantities in unhardened condition can be supplied for fit checks before hardening.
Quality Assurance
Magnetic particle inspection, hardness mapping across the case depth and runout checks are performed on each batch. Third-party NDT can be arranged for safety-critical applications.
