Custom CNC Machined Aluminum Automotive Sensor Housing Anodized 6061-T6 IP67

These custom CNC machined aluminum sensor housings are milled from 6061-T6 plate on 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers, then Type II anodized for under-hood durability. The O-ring groove, connector bore and mounting ears are machined in one setup to a ±0.01 mm tolerance band, so seals seat correctly and the housing reaches IP67 protection without secondary rework.
