This heat sink enclosure is precision machined from 7075-T6 aluminum plate for inverters, DC-DC converters, and battery management modules. Five-axis machining keeps fin geometry and base flatness stable across the full plate, so thermal pads seat evenly and deliver reliable thermal transfer.
