CNC Machined 20CrMnTi Automotive Transmission Valve Sleeve Ra0.4 Bore Finish Carburized
Valve sleeves are turned from 20CrMnTi alloy steel, carburized and then honed so the bore stays round within 0.005mm. Cross ports are deburred to protect the spool and seals in high pressure hydraulic circuits.
