New Century Mould Co., Ltd. covers an area of 6,000 square meters, with approximately 120 employees and two major production bases: an injection mold manufacturing factory and an export mold manufacturing factory. The company is equipped with a series of advanced production equipment, including 15pcs high-precision CNC machines, 10pcs fine EDM cutting machines, 5pcs precision grinding machines, 1pcs projector, 2pcs CMM machines, 35pcs normal injection molding machines, 2pcs 2K injection molding machines, and 35pcs ordinary machine tools, forming a complete and efficient mold processing production line.

Manufacturing Capacity

The mold tolerance reaches 0.005mm, with a monthly production capacity of 40~50 sets of molds, and the ability to undertake mold production orders of up to 25 tons. We specialize in producing precision injection molds, complex large-scale injection molds and precision metal molds, including multi-cavity molds, unscrewing molds, two-color injection molds, health care product molds, DME MUD insert molds and other types.
