TR-1691A is a cleaning agent specially developed by Jingcheng Technology for high-precision parts, formulated with high-quality surfactants, corrosion inhibitors and complexing agents. In terms of basic parameters, it is a pale yellow transparent liquid with a pH value of 11.0~13.0 and a specific gravity of 1.030±0.020. The product has the advantages of high cleaning efficiency, good water-washing performance, no change in part dimensions, and no discoloration of parts after cleaning, and can be cleaned by ultrasonic or immersion methods. It is recommended to use a tank concentration of 5%~8% during use, a cleaning temperature of 50℃~60℃, and a cleaning time of 2~5 minutes, which can be adjusted according to actual conditions. The product is packaged in 25kg barrels, stored in a cool and ventilated place at room temperature, with a shelf life of one year. This product is corrosive; proper protection must be taken during operation. If it comes into contact with skin or eyes accidentally, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention in a timely manner.
The industry standard pH range for CNC precision parts cleaning agents is generally 8.0–13.0. Among them, the strong alkaline system of 10–12 is mainly used in high-precision and heavy oil pollution application scenarios to effectively emulsify mineral oil, dissolve metal oxides and ensure thorough cleaning of deep-hole structures. This range has been cross-validated by the "GB 38508-2020", "ASTM D1293" and industrial wastewater test data, and Jingcheng Technology's TR-1691A (pH 11.0–13.0) is a typical representative.
TR-1691A high-precision parts cleaning agent takes oil removal as the core goal, while taking into account the removal of tiny particles. Its cleaning efficiency is achieved by microemulsification/solubilization technology based on surfactants. At the same time, the cleaning agent can greatly reduce the surface tension of water, enhance the wetting and penetration ability of the fine structure of precision parts, and can penetrate into gaps, holes and other areas that are difficult to reach by conventional cleaning. When used with ultrasonic cleaning, it can perfectly adapt to the ultrasonic cavitation effect, and use the impact force generated by the rupture of cavitation bubbles to further shake off and remove the tiny particles hidden in them, achieving high-precision and all-round cleaning effect.
In actual tests, for automotive valve bodies with blind holes below 0.1 millimeters, the cleaning qualification rate of TR-1691A reached 99.8%. Compared with traditional cleaning agents, the defect rate decreased by 8 percentage points, completely solving the problems of assembly jamming and substandard precision caused by cleaning residues.
TR-1691A can be combined with different additives and has wide material compatibility. Whether it is aluminum-magnesium alloy, stainless steel or copper material, it can achieve efficient cleaning without damaging the surface of the workpiece. For precision parts of different materials, enterprises do not need to replace the cleaning agent, which reduces the equipment downtime and material waste caused by the replacement of cleaning agents, and further reduces the comprehensive cost.
In addition, Jingcheng Technology has integrated the concept of environmental protection into the R&D of TR-1691A from the very beginning. Its formula adopts biodegradable surfactants with a biodegradation rate of up to 98%, which fully complies with the "Limits of Volatile Organic Compounds Content in Cleaning Agents" (GB 38508-2020) standard and the EU REACH regulation.
