For injection mold components, we utilize high-speed CNC machining and EDM processes to craft cores, cavities, sliders, and ejector systems with tight tolerances as low as ±0.005 mm and superior surface finishes ranging from Ra 0.2 μm (mirror polish) to Ra 3.2 μm (as-machined). These components are machined from high-performance materials such as hardened tool steels (H13, S7), stainless steel, and carbide, optimized for thermal stability and durability to withstand the rigorous cycles of BMW’s injection molding processes. Our conformal cooling channel machining also helps improve production efficiency by reducing cycle times for BMW’s mold applications.
In terms of die casting components, we bridge the gap between die casting forming and precision requirements through CNC machining—transforming near-net-shaped cast parts into high-precision components that meet BMW’s strict standards. We handle aluminum alloys (6061, 7075), alloy steels (42CrMo4, 34CrNiMo6), and other automotive-grade materials, performing precision milling, turning, and deburring to eliminate分型 lines, correct micro-deformations, and create critical features such as threaded holes and precision sealing surfaces. We focus on trimming, punching, and finishing stamping parts—including body panels, structural brackets, and fasteners—to ensure perfect fit and function in BMW vehicles. Our machining processes remove burrs, refine edges, and achieve consistent surface finishes, meeting BMW’s requirements for aesthetic appeal and structural integrity. We also support custom surface treatments such as anodizing, powder coating, and polishing to enhance corrosion resistance and visual quality.
Our EDM components service caters to BMW’s need for intricate, hard-to-machine features in high-hardness materials (up to 60+ HRC). Using wire EDM and hole drilling EDM technologies, we achieve precision accuracy of ±0.005 mm and surface finishes of Ra 0.4 μm, creating micro-holes (0.1 mm to 3.0 mm in diameter) and complex geometries that traditional machining cannot achieve. These EDM components are widely used in BMW’s engine, transmission, and chassis systems, where precision and durability are non-negotiable.

    Q3. What craftsmanship do you have for processing accessories? A3. According to different products, different processes are used, such as machining, injection molding, etc.
